Serving you as your health and life insurance broker, my mission is to professionally serve your insurance needs. I understand the serious nature of safeguarding the personal information that's been entrusted to me, as well as any additional information I might collect as part of our insurance transactions. This terms and conditions page will describes the standards I have adopted to protect and ensure the confidential status of your personal and business information, and also discuss other conditions pertaining to the use of this website.

The Information Lisa Dailey Insurance Services May Collect

In the normal course of doing business, I may collect private personal information from and about you from a variety of sources. The information collected allows me to properly quote insurance policies, and perform other transactions directly pertaining to enrollment and administering your insurance policy. Sources of information include, but are not limited to:

• Information received from enrollment forms
• Information received about your company information
• Medical or financial information
• Information received by email or direct written correspondence from you, your employees, or an insurance company
• Online state business registries
 
The Information I Disclose

I will not disclose any private personal information about my clients except as required by law. I will disclose information to your chosen health insurance company as it pertains to the initial enrollment, or ongoing administration of your policy. For marketing purposes, my clients information would never be rented, disclosed or sold.

How Your Personal Information is Protected

We restrict physical access of your personal information to only those employed by Lisa Dailey; to those who need it to provide the insurance products and services you have requested. Your data is maintained with physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. I use a secure, encrypted email service to minimize any breach of delivery of HIPAA protected information.

MINORS

I understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. Under no circumstances shall I allow use of our services by minors without prior consent or authorization by a parent or legal guardian. I would never knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. UPDATES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS STATEMENT

I reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section. Your continued use of the Platform, following the notification of such amendments on my website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
